SKETCHBOOK PROJECT — ON THE WING
La Langue des Oiseaux is a sketchbook I created for Portfolio Society Gallery’s On The Wing Sketchbook Show. Books were auctioned for the House of Peace Sketchbook Project. Exhibition runs through June 8th.
THE GOOD LAND ORACLE PROJECT
An oracle deck that explores Milwaukee by going forwards and backwards in time, traversing boundaries and bringing together the vast parts that make this city whole. The Oracle lets us explore city’s history, its makers, the iconic elements that are the threads that have woven a tapestry that is foundational to the city we today call home. But more than that, like any great Oracle, this deck also has a liminal quality that finds the shimmering edges of the places the divide us, making porous the borders that keep us apart and encourage us to following the urging of voices and ideasthroughout time to trample the lines the divide and move closer together.
